Need to find a provider quickly? Our online provider search gives you flexibility in a simple format. We update the online search weekly. Just click below on the provider search link in the blue box.
Always verify that the provider you choose is participating in our network before you receive services. While it is our goal to provide accurate information, our provider network is subject to change without notice. Providers in all areas of our service region are included in the provider search. Please be sure to select the correct product (PPO, etc.) when beginning the provider search.

Note: If you are on the Preferred Health Systems HMO or POS product, please select PHS HMO/POS from the Network Selection within the provider search.
Carpenters Health and Welfare Trust Fund
- To access your highest level of benefits, click here to enter the Provider Search and select Carpenters Tier One in the product listing.
- If you need care outside the service area, you have access to an extended network of participating providers. Click here to enter the Provider Search and select Carpenters Tier Two in the product listing.
Out-of-Area Providers: PPO Members
PPO members on an out-of-area plan and living outside the service area (Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas) use the Coventry Health Care National Network. To find a Coventry Health Care National Network provider, click the Enter Provider Search link above. Select "Coventry National Network" under the product drop down field.

Out-of-Area Providers for Urgent or Emergency Care
Coventry Health Care National Network providers are available when you need urgent or emergency care outside the service area.
To find a Coventry Health Care National Network provider, click the Enter Provider Search link above. Select "Coventry National Network" under the product drop down field.
