Always verify that the provider you choose is participating in our network before you receive services. While it is our goal to provide accurate information, our provider network is subject to change without notice. Providers in all areas of our service region are included in the provider search. Please be sure to select the correct product (PPO, etc.) when beginning the provider search.

Attention Wichita Public Schools enrollees: The name of your Coventry Health Care provider network has changed.

Effective April 1, 2011, the network is now called Wesley Preferred PPO. Only the name of the network has changed; there is no change in your benefits, or the physicians or facilities available to you. Please use Wesley Preferred PPO when prompted to "select a product" in the Provider Search tool.

Effective January 1, 2011: St. John's Health System joins Coventry's network

Members now have access to St. John's Hospital in Springfield as well as affiliated facilities in southwest Missouri.

St. John's providers are not yet fully represented in our online Provider Search. We appreciate your patience as we add them to our database. In the meantime, you may search for St. John's physicians and facilities using a directory or visiting their website:

Out-of-Area Providers: PPO Members

PPO members on an out-of-area plan and living outside the service area use the Coventry Health Care National Network. To find a Coventry Health Care National Network provider, click the Enter Provider Search link above. Select "Coventry National Network" under the product drop down field.

Out-of-Area Providers for Urgent or Emergency Care
